The cleaning mechanism comprises a mounting box, a mounting cover, a water receiving ring, a water receiving cover and a water receiving pipe. The photovoltaic panel cleaning device has the advantages of being reasonable in scheme, ingenious in structure, convenient to use and efficient in cleaning.
