The invention discloses a battery temperature sampling system based on a new energy automobile, and relates to the technical field of battery management, and the system comprises a data collection end which collects the temperature of a battery, and the temperature collection comprises the steps: carrying out the temperature collection of a plurality of collection points of a battery pack, and carrying out the preprocessing of collected temperature values; then the data acquisition end also acquires a voltage value and a current value at the two ends of the battery, and the data processing unit compares the temperature data acquired by the temperature acquisition unit with a temperature value obtained by the processed power supply voltage data; therefore, the difference value between the temperature value obtained by processing of the temperature acquisition unit and the temperature value obtained by processing of the data processing end is judged, the temperature value acquired by the temperature acquisition unit is detected, and then whether the temperature collector has a fault or not is judged. And if a fault exists, alarm information reminding and continuous temperature acquisition monitoring are performed on the temperature acquisition unit through the information alarm end and the data monitoring end.

    本发明公开了基于新能源汽车的电池温度采样系统,涉及电池管理技术领域,包括数据采集端对电池的温度进行采集,温度采集指对电池组的多个采集点进行温度采集,并对所采集的温度值进行预处理,之后数据采集端同时还采集到电池两端的电压值和电流值,数据处理单元将温度采集单元所采集的温度的数据与经过处理后电源电压的数据所得到的温度值进行对比,从而来判断温度采集单元与数据处理端处理得到的温度值之间的差值,从而来对温度采集单元所采集的温度值进行检测,进而来判断温度采集器是否存在故障,若存在故障则通过信息警报端和数据监控端来对温度采集单元进行报警信息提醒和持续温度采集监控。
