The invention provides an OD demand prediction method and system based on dynamic spatial-temporal correlation, and relates to the field of traffic passenger flow prediction, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining historical passenger demand data records related to a target city, calculating historical OD matrixes of different periods related to a target time period, and constructing an OD demand data set; based on the OD demand data set, taking historical OD matrixes of different periods as input, taking an OD matrix of a target time period as output, and training the constructed OD demand prediction model; oD matrixes of different periods related to a to-be-predicted time period are sampled and input into the OD demand prediction model, and an OD matrix of the to-be-predicted time period is obtained; in order to realize optimal traffic prediction, the invention provides an OD demand prediction model based on dynamic spatial-temporal correlation, OD demand trend related characteristics are fully considered, spatial-temporal information between nodes is effectively learned to capture spatial-temporal characteristics, and future OD demands can be accurately predicted in terms of long-term prediction and short-term prediction.

    本发明提出了基于动态时空相关性的OD需求预测方法及系统,涉及交通客流预测领域,获取与目标城市相关的历史乘客需求数据记录,并计算与目标时段相关的不同周期的历史OD矩阵,构建OD需求数据集;基于OD需求数据集,以不同周期的历史OD矩阵为输入、目标时段的OD矩阵为输出,对构建的OD需求预测模型进行训练;采样与待预测时段相关的不同周期的OD矩阵,输入到OD需求预测模型,得到待预测时段的OD矩阵;本发明为了实现最优交通预测,提出一种基于动态时空相关性的OD需求预测模型,充分考虑OD需求趋势相关特征,有效学习节点之间的时空信息以捕获时空特征,在长期预测和短期预测上都可以准确地预测未来的OD需求。
