The invention particularly relates to an efficiency evaluation method for an electric drive assembly associated with a user. The efficiency evaluation method comprises the steps of obtaining user actual driving condition data of various road types; carrying out data processing and analysis on the user actual driving condition data of various road types, and generating user condition distribution under the full-life mileage; determining the user common vehicle speed based on the user working condition distribution under the full-life mileage, and further calculating the comprehensive efficiency corresponding to the user common vehicle speed; based on the user working condition distribution under the full-life mileage, the electric drive assembly efficient area utilization rate under the full-life mileage is calculated; and comprehensive evaluation of the efficiency of the electric drive assembly is realized through the comprehensive efficiency corresponding to the common vehicle speed of the user and the utilization rate of the efficient area of the electric drive assembly under the full-life mileage. According to the method, association between the efficiency of the electric drive assembly and the actual driving working condition of the user can be achieved, the actual driving working condition of the user can be accurately reflected, and therefore the comprehensiveness and accuracy of efficiency evaluation of the electric drive assembly can be improved.
