The invention relates to an automobile air guide structure flow field analysis method and an optimized air guide heat dissipation device thereof, and the device comprises the steps: building a flow field analysis model after initial design is completed, recognizing drainage basin abnormal points according to a designed air guide direction, and optimizing an air guide structure; a novel wind guide wing structure form is designed; the structural form of a novel open dust blocking disc is designed; and establishing an optimized combination form of the air guide and heat dissipation device. According to the automobile air guide structure flow field analysis method and the optimized air guide heat dissipation device, the wheel edge thermal environment can be effectively improved, and the heat dissipation capacity of a brake is improved; the flow field layout is changed by integrating the air guide channels and dredging air to the air guide wings, heat of the brake disc structure is dredged and dissipated in a targeted mode, the design of the dust blocking disc is changed, heat dissipation holes are additionally formed in the radial direction of the dust blocking disc, air circulation of the wheel edge is further improved, and heat dissipation is easy; and the structural form is optimized through an auxiliary method of flow field analysis, so that the heat dissipation effect is more excellent.

    本发明涉及一种汽车导风结构流场分析方法及其优化后导风散热装置,装置包括初始设计完成后,建立流场分析模型,根据设计的导风方向识别流域异常点,优化导风结构;设计新型导风翼结构形式;设计新型开口挡尘盘的结构形式;建立优化后的导风散热装置的组合形式。本发明汽车导风结构流场分析方法及其优化后导风散热装置可有效改善轮边热环境,提高制动器的散热能力;本发明通过集成导风道,疏导空气至导风翼从而改变流场布局,具有针对性的对制动盘结构的热量进行疏导散失,并更改挡尘盘设计在挡尘盘径向增加散热孔,进一步提高轮边的空气流通,易于热量散失;并通过流场分析的辅助方法优化结构形式,使得散热效果更加优良。
