The method comprises the steps that a derailment early warning model is established based on historical displacement data of a sampling machine trolley and historical displacement data of a sampling machine cart; determining derailment risk levels of the sampling machine trolley and the sampling machine cart based on the model; when the derailment risk level is not in a low risk level, the derailment condition of the sampling machine trolley or the sampling machine cart is recognized in real time based on the wheel vibration signals of the sampling machine trolley and the sampling machine cart and based on the vibration signals; when it is recognized that the sampling machine trolley or the sampling machine cart is in a derailment state, an alarm signal is sent; and a safety isolation area is established based on the derailment condition of the sampling machine trolley or the sampling machine cart, so that timely early warning of the derailment risk of the sampling machine cart and trolley is realized, and when the derailment condition occurs, an alarm signal is sent out, the safety isolation area is established, and the sampling work safety and the sampling efficiency of the sampling machine are improved.
