本发明公开了一种针对不稳定螺旋桨空泡脉动压力信号的补偿处理方法,包括以下步骤:(1)采集螺旋桨的脉动压力信号,确定脉动压力信号采集的大周期T和小周期t,并初步筛选获得符合稳定空泡特征的脉动压力信号最低值库;(2)获取符合稳定空泡脉动压力信号的标准区间;(3)剔除不稳定空泡造成的脉动压力不稳定小周期;(4)利用步骤(2)中得到的标准区间,对剔除后的信号数据进行补偿,最终得到完整的脉动压力采集信号。利用本发明,可以对不稳定的脉动压力采集值进行补偿,使得船用螺旋桨模型脉动压力测试实验过程中采集的信号数据更稳定。

    The invention discloses a compensation processing method for unstable propeller cavitation bubble pulsating pressure signals, which comprises the following steps of: (1) acquiring the pulsating pressure signals of a propeller, determining a large period T and a small period t for acquiring the pulsating pressure signals, and preliminarily screening to obtain a pulsating pressure signal minimum value library conforming to stable cavitation bubble characteristics; (2) acquiring a standard interval conforming to the stable cavitation pulsating pressure signal; (3) eliminating a small period of unstable pulsating pressure caused by unstable cavitation bubbles; and (4) compensating the rejected signal data by using the standard interval obtained in the step (2), and finally obtaining a complete pulsating pressure acquisition signal. According to the invention, the unstable pulsating pressure acquisition value can be compensated, so that the signal data acquired in the pulsating pressure test experiment process of the marine propeller model is more stable.
