The invention discloses an optical remote sensing satellite thermal optical test and thermal balance test dual-purpose test device, which comprises a satellite supporting tool arranged on a loading platform and connected with a remote sensing satellite in a heat insulation manner; the first radiation metal plate is mounted at a light inlet of the optical camera; the second radiation metal plate is placed at a position 100-200 mm away from the outer surface of the remote sensing satellite body in parallel; the film heating sheets are arranged on the outer surfaces of the first radiation metal plate and the second radiation metal plate; the rotary connecting rod device is connected to the first radiation metal plate; the mechanism further comprises a driving device and a locking mechanism arranged on the mechanism base. According to the invention, the field of view of the optical camera is not affected when the driving device rotates by 0 degree, so that the optical camera can be subjected to a thermal optical test in a reasonable vacuum low-temperature environment; when the driving device rotates by 90 degrees, the radiant panel temperature control and the low-temperature heat sink are reasonably utilized to carry out the heat balance test of the remote sensing satellite; and meanwhile, the mechanism assembly is ensured not to threaten the safety of the satellite.
本发明公开了一种光学遥感卫星热光学试验与热平衡试验两用试验装置,包括卫星支撑工装,其设于载物平台上、并与遥感卫星隔热连接;安装于光学相机入光口处的第一辐射金属板;平行放置于遥感卫星星体外表面100mm~200mm处的第二辐射金属板;设于第一辐射金属板和第二辐射金属板外表面的薄膜加热片;连接于第一辐射金属板的转动连杆装置;还包括驱动装置和设于机构底座上的锁死机构。本发明可在驱动装置转动为0°时不影响光学相机视场,使得光学相机在合理的真空低温环境下进行热光学试验;驱动装置转动为90°时,合理利用辐射板控温与低温热沉来进行遥感卫星的热平衡试验;同时保证了机构组件不会对卫星安全造成威胁。
