The invention relates to the technical field of building surveying and mapping and modeling, and discloses a high-rise building three-dimensional modeling surveying and mapping method based on laser scanning, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, generating a surveying and mapping frame; s2, single aerial survey of the unmanned aerial vehicle group; s3, aerial survey control of the unmanned aerial vehicle group; s4, completing all-region aerial survey; and S5, interior work processing: obtaining a calibrated three-dimensional digital model result, and finally compiling and outputting a real estate surveying and mapping geographic result base map of each high-rise building. A plurality of AI unmanned aerial vehicles are adopted to form an unmanned aerial vehicle group to perform synchronous aerial survey and aerial photography operation, and synchronously acquired three-dimensional laser scanning data are combined with surveying and mapping aerial image data and PPK positioning data, so that laser point cloud coordinates, elevation and aerial image data and GIS coordinate data information in different directions are synchronously acquired; batch surveying and mapping and modeling operation of high-rise buildings can be achieved, high-precision surveying and mapping results are output, and time cost and human resource cost are greatly reduced.

    本发明涉及建筑测绘与建模技术领域,公开了一种基于激光扫描的高层建筑物三维建模测绘方法,包括以下步骤:S1:生成测绘框;S2:无人机群单次航测;S3:无人机群航测控制;S4:完成全区域航测;S5:内业处理:得到校准的三维数字模型成果,最终编制和输出各高层建筑物的不动产测绘地理成果底图。本发明采用多台AI无人机组成无人机群进行同步“航测+航拍”作业,同步采集的三维激光扫描数据与测绘航空影像数据、PPK定位数据相结合,使其同步获取不同方向的激光点云坐标、高程和航空影像数据、GIS坐标数据信息,能够实现高层建筑物的批量化测绘和建模作业,并输出高精度的测绘成果,大幅降低时间成本和人力资源成本。
