The invention provides a paving and leveling device for a broken stone hardcore of a hectometer-level deepwater bridge and a construction method. The leveling device for the broken stone hardcore is in a frame type, adopts a crawler belt to walk and steer, and adopts a combined scraper type of a spiral blade and a comb tooth scraper. The problems that a traditional single comb tooth scraper is large in leveling resistance and large in whole machine weight are solved. Measurement positioning is achieved through the underwater positioning technology, a rigid measuring rod stretching out of the water surface is not needed, and the leveling device can be applied to hectometer-level deep water. According to the gravel hardcore laying and leveling construction method, the influence of waves on the leveling precision is overcome, the leveling precision is improved, and the gravel hardcore laying and leveling construction method is suitable for a hectometer-level deepwater bridge hardcore. A barge is used for providing support on water, and a robot is used for laying and leveling underwater. When the broken stone hardcore is paved and leveled, a method of firstly riprapping and then leveling is adopted, and a mode of combining relative elevation and absolute elevation is adopted in the aspect of leveling precision control, so that the leveling precision is ensured to meet the requirement.

    本发明提供了一种百米级深水桥梁碎石垫层铺设整平装置及施工方法,垫层整平装置为框架型式,采用履带行走和转向,采用螺旋叶片和梳齿刮刀的组合刮刀型式。解决了传统单一梳齿刮刀整平阻力大,整机重量大的问题;通过水下定位技术实现测量定位,无需伸出水面的刚性测量杆,使该整平装置能够应用于百米级深水。碎石垫层铺设整平施工方法,克服了波浪对整平精度的影响,提高了整平精度,适用于百米级深水桥梁垫层。水上采用驳船提供支持,水下采用机器人铺设整平。碎石垫层铺设整平时采用先抛石、后整平的方法,整平精度控制方面采用相对高程和绝对高程结合的方式,保证整平精度满足要求。
