The invention discloses an omni-directional adjustable adaptive lifting appliance and a construction method thereof. A supporting beam is used as a stress main beam structure of the lifting appliance, sliding grooves are formed in the two sides of the supporting beam respectively, sliding blocks are installed on the sliding grooves in a position-adjustable mode, and lifting hook assemblies are detachably installed on the sliding blocks. A lifting hook body of the lifting hook assembly is rotatably installed on a lock connecting rod of the lifting hook assembly. According to the omni-directional adjustable adaptive lifting appliance, splicing and disassembling of the multiple supporting beams, the position of the sliding block, vertical displacement of the lifting hook body and the angle of the lifting hook body are achieved through the connecting rods, lifting of to-be-lifted components of various sizes and shapes is achieved, adaptability is high, meanwhile, flexible disassembling can be achieved, turnover use is convenient, and safety is high. The problem that an existing lifting appliance cannot be well matched with components of different sizes, and consequently large potential safety hazards exist in lifting operation is solved.

    本发明公开了一种全方向可调节的适配吊具及其施工方法,利用支承梁作为吊具的受力主梁结构,支承梁的两侧分别开有滑槽,滑槽位置可调地安装有滑块,滑块上可拆卸地安装吊钩组件。吊钩组件的吊钩本体可转动地安装于吊钩组件的锁连杆。本发明的全方向可调节的适配吊具通过连系杆实现多根支承梁的拼拆以及滑块的位置、吊钩本体的上下移位以及吊钩本体的角度,实现各种体积形状的待吊构件吊装,适应性强,同时可灵活拆解,周转使用方便,安全性高。本发明解决了现有的吊具不能较好适配于不同尺寸构件,导致吊装作业存在较大的安全隐患的问题。
