The invention discloses a reinforcing steel bar segment integral hoisting device suitable for common straight thread connection, comprising: a forming jig frame comprising a plurality of frame bodies surrounding the periphery of a reinforcing steel bar segment; a lifting device is arranged at the top of the frame body; a shaping mold frame is arranged on the side, facing the center of the forming jig frame, of the frame body, and the shaping mold frame is connected with the frame body through a plurality of first telescopic devices; the component lifting appliance is arranged in the center of the forming jig frame; the component lifting appliance comprises a main beam frame, and main reinforcement limiting devices are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the main reinforcements, of the main beam frame and used for detachably connecting the main reinforcements with the main beam frame and limiting the main reinforcements. The invention further discloses a reinforcing steel bar segment integral hoisting method using the reinforcing steel bar segment integral hoisting device and suitable for common straight thread connection. According to the invention, the main reinforcements of the reinforcing steel bar sections are butted with the main reinforcements mounted on the tower top by using the straight threaded sleeves, so that the use of customized joints is reduced, and the economic benefit is improved.

    本发明公开了一种适用普通直螺纹连接的钢筋节段整体吊装装置,包括:成型胎架,其包括围设在钢筋节段外周的多个架体;所述架体的顶部设置有提升装置;所述架体朝向所述成型胎架中心的一侧设置有整型模架,所述整型模架通过多个第一伸缩装置与所述架体连接;部品吊具,其设置在所述成型胎架的中心;所述部品吊具包括主梁框架,所述主梁框架上对应各所述主筋的位置均设置有主筋限位装置,用以将各所述主筋与所述主梁框架可拆卸连接,并对主筋进行限位。本发明还公开了一种使用上述装置的适用普通直螺纹连接的钢筋节段整体吊装方法。本发明实现了使用直螺纹套筒将钢筋节段的主筋与塔顶已安装的主筋进行对接,减少了定制接头的使用,提高了经济效益。
