The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, aims to solve the problems of high mounting and dismounting workload, long construction period and high cost due to the adoption of full framing jacking in the traditional supporting jacking and the problem that water is easily accumulated on a foundation of a construction hoist, and provides a jacking-free device and method for a construction hoist. The device comprises a prefabricated force transmission piece arranged at the top of a floor slab, the prefabricated force transmission piece is aligned with a main body structure column below the floor slab, a box girder is laid above the prefabricated force transmission piece, a construction hoist is arranged on the box girder, and water leakage holes are formed in the box girder; the box girder serves as a foundation of the construction hoist, all loads of the construction hoist on the upper portion are directly transmitted to the main body structure columns through the prefabricated force transmission pieces, and deformation caused by the fact that a floor slab cannot bear too heavy loads is avoided; the structure is simple, installation is convenient, the construction period is short, and use of building peripheral materials is reduced; the water leakage holes are formed in the box girder, so that water can be drained in time.

    本发明涉及建筑施工技术领域,旨在解决传统的支撑回顶采用满堂架回顶,安装和拆卸工作量大,工期长,成本高的问题,以及施工升降机的基础容易积水的问题,提供一种施工升降机免回顶装置及方法,装置包括设置在楼板顶部的预制传力件,所述预制传力件与所述楼板下方的主体结构柱相对齐,所述预制传力件的上方铺设有箱梁,施工升降机置于所述箱梁上,所述箱梁上开设有漏水孔;本发明采用箱梁充当施工升降机的基础,通过所述预制传力件将上部施工升降机的全部荷载直接传递给主体结构柱,避免了楼板无法承载过重荷载而发生变形;本发明的结构简单,安装方便,施工工期短,减少了建筑周材的使用;本发明在箱梁上设有漏水孔,可以及时地将水排走。
