The invention discloses an aircraft load measurement method and system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, arranging four strain patches around a load measurement point to form a Wheatstone full-bridge measurement point, measuring the strain signal of an aircraft, and measuring the temperature data of the aircraft while measuring the strain signal of the aircraft; then, carrying out amplification processing on the strain signal, and carrying out analog-to-digital conversion processing on the amplified strain signal to obtain strain data; and then, carrying out calibration compensation on the strain data according to the temperature data so as to calibrate and compensate the strain data to represent the load of the aircraft. The influence of temperature on load measurement can be reduced to the greatest extent, and meanwhile, the single-chip microcomputer is used for controlling the bridge balance self-adjusting module to keep real-time balance of the Wheatstone bridge, so that the load measurement precision is improved, and it is ensured that the load of the aircraft can be accurately measured through the small-range bending moment.

    本发明公开了一种飞行器载荷测量方法及系统,首先,在一个载荷测点周围布置四个应变贴片组成惠斯通全桥测点,测量飞行器的应变信号,其中,在测量飞行器的应变信号的同时测量飞行器的温度数据;之后,对应变信号进行放大处理,并对放大处理后的应变信号进行模数转换处理,获得应变数据;之后,根据温度数据对应变数据进行校准补偿,以校准补偿后的应变数据表征飞行器的载荷。可以在最大限度的降低温度对载荷测量影响的同时,通过单片机控制电桥平衡自调节模块来保持惠斯通电桥的实时平衡,提高载荷测量精度,确保小量程弯矩也能准确测量飞行器的载荷。
