The invention relates to a heat sealing structure for an aircraft, in particular to a head sealing protection component for the aircraft. The technical problems that due to the fact that an existing head protection component is integrally formed, installation space is completely concentrated between the head protection component and an aircraft body, connection between the head protection component and the aircraft body is complex, installation is inconvenient, cost is high, and maintenance is difficult are solved. The head protection component comprises a head cover, a metal connecting piece and a heat sealing assembly. The heat sealing assembly comprises a plug, a cushion block and a rigid heat insulation pad. The plug comprises a plug cap and a columnar boss; a first clamping groove and a first threaded hole are formed in the cushion block; the columnar boss is inserted into the first threaded hole of the cushion block, and the plug cap makes contact with the first clamping groove. The rigid heat insulation pad is provided with a first round hole and a second clamping groove. The cushion block is arranged in the second clamping groove; a first mounting groove and a second threaded hole are formed in the head cover; the rigid heat insulation pad is arranged in the first mounting groove; the plug, the cushion block and the hood are all made of ceramic matrix composite materials.

    本发明涉及一种飞行器用热密封结构,具体涉及一种飞行器用头部密封保护构件。解决现有头部保护构件采用整体成型,导致安装空间全部集中到头部保护构件与飞行器机体之间,使头部保护构件与飞行器机体的连接复杂、安装不便、成本较高和维修困难的技术问题。本发明头部保护构件包括头罩、金属连接件和热密封组件;热密封组件包括堵头、垫块和刚性隔热垫;堵头包括堵头帽和柱状凸台;垫块上设置第一卡槽和第一螺纹孔;柱状凸台插入到垫块第一螺纹孔内,堵头帽与第一卡槽接触;刚性隔热垫设置第一圆孔和第二卡槽;垫块设置在第二卡槽内;头罩上设置第一安装槽和第二螺纹孔;刚性隔热垫设置在第一安装槽内;堵头、垫块和头罩均为陶瓷基复合材料。
