The invention relates to a river-sea direct ship lateral propeller four-channel type combined pipe tunnel structure which comprises a left-right direction propelling pipe tunnel (2) and a head-tail direction propelling pipe tunnel (3) which are communicated in a crossed mode, a steering space (5) is formed at the intersection of the left-right direction propelling pipe tunnel (2) and the head-tail direction propelling pipe tunnel (3), a water inlet (4) is formed under the steering space (5), and the head-tail direction propelling pipe tunnel (3) comprises a straight section (31) in the middle and slope sections (32) on the two sides. The included angle between the slope section (32) and the horizontal direction is 10-15 degrees; a rotatable guide plate (6), a rotating motor (7) and a steering propeller (8) are arranged in the steering space (5), and the steering propeller (8) is arranged on the cross section of the water inlet (4).
