The invention relates to the field of underwater node fixed laying, in particular to an underwater node fixed laying device suitable for a deepwater submersible. Comprising a first-stage frame, a second-stage frame and a third-stage frame, the first-stage frame is arranged in the second-stage frame, the bottom of the second-stage frame is in butt joint with the third-stage frame, the top of the first-stage frame is in butt joint with a deepwater submersible, a node laying mechanism is arranged at one end of the first-stage frame, and a drilling machine mechanism is arranged at the other end of the first-stage frame. The node is firmly fixed to the seabed in a drilling anchoring mode, underwater secondary butt joint is carried out through the submersible vehicle, and drilling, fixing and node laying are completed through one-time diving.
