The method comprises the steps that the real-time position of the UWB digital key is acquired; responding to the condition that the real-time position meets the preset position condition, and controlling the vehicle to perform corresponding parking operation; the preset position condition is used for limiting the corresponding position met by the UWB digital key when the vehicle is parked in and/or parked out. The real-time position of the UWB digital key carried by the user is positioned, when the positioned real-time position of the UWB digital key meets the preset position condition, the vehicle is automatically controlled to carry out corresponding parking-in and/or parking-out operation, and under the condition that the UWB digital key is used for providing the high-precision positioning capability, the vehicle parking-in and/or parking-out operation can be automatically controlled. The automatic parking-in and parking-out functions of the vehicle in parking assistance are achieved, multi-party interaction of the user is not needed, the automatic parking operation of the user is simplified, and simple and convenient intelligent parking use experience is provided for the user.
