The lightweight axle comprises a cross rod and two large bends connected to the two ends of the cross rod, the cross rod comprises an upper side wall plate, the connecting wall plate and a lower side wall plate which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom and connected together in an I shape, and the connecting wall plate comprises a plurality of front plate blocks and a plurality of rear plate blocks which are arranged at intervals; the adjacent front plate and rear plate are connected together through the connecting plate, the included angle between the front plate and the connecting plate is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees, and the included angle between the rear plate and the connecting plate is larger than 90 degrees and smaller than 180 degrees. The invention further relates to an axle manufacturing method. The axle manufacturing method comprises the first step of sand mold manufacturing, the second step of casting, the third step of cooling and the fourth step of demolding. The lightweight axle has the advantage that the lightweight axle can be realized, and the weight of the existing axle is reduced under the condition that the material of the axle is kept unchanged.

    本发明涉及一种连接壁板为折线结构的轻量化车桥,包括横杆和两个连接在横杆两端的大弯,横杆包括从上向下依次设置呈工字型连接在一起的上侧壁板、连接壁板和下侧壁板,所述连接壁板包括间隔设置的若干前板块和若干后板块,相邻的前板块和后板块之间通过连接板块连接在一起,前板块同连接板块之间的夹角大于90°且小于180°,后板块同连接板块之间的夹角大于90°且小于180°;还涉及一种车桥制作方法,第一步、制作沙模,第二步、浇铸,第三步、冷却,第四步、脱模。本发明具有能够实现车桥轻量化的优点,用于在维持车桥用料材质不变的情况下降低现有的车桥的重量。
