The invention provides a remote engineer station for a grab ship unloader. The remote engineer station comprises a remote debugging and dispatching unit, a remote debugging and dispatching unit and a remote debugging and dispatching unit, the onboard control unit is used for driving the grab ship unloader to complete corresponding actions; the field information acquisition unit is used for acquiring audio and video information; and the network communication unit is used for constructing network communication between the remote debugging and dispatching unit and the airborne control unit as well as between the remote debugging and dispatching unit and the field information acquisition unit. According to the invention, a plurality of video and audio acquisition devices are creatively added on the grab ship unloader, the operation area of each main mechanism of the grab ship unloader is basically covered, the actual operation condition of the grab ship unloader can be remotely displayed in real time, and the requirement of remote scheduling and debugging is met. Meanwhile, through configuration of functions of data transmission delay monitoring, mechanism operation abnormal noise monitoring, cab operator operation action video monitoring and the like, the safety of remote dispatching and debugging is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种一种抓斗卸船机远程工程师站,包括:远程调试调度单元用于完成抓斗卸船机远程调试调度工作;机载控制单元用于驱动抓斗卸船机完成相应动作;现场信息采集单元用于采集音频及视频信息;以及,网络通讯单元用于构建所述远程调试调度单元同所述机载控制单元及所述现场信息采集单元之间的网络通讯。本发明创造性的在抓斗卸船机上增加了多处视频、音频采集装置,基本覆盖了抓斗卸船机各主机构的运行区域,可实时在远程显示抓斗卸船机实际运行状况,满足了远程调度调试的需求。同时数据传输延时监测、机构运行异常噪音监测、司机室操作人员操作动作视频监测等功能的配置,极大的增加了远程调度调试的安全性。
