The invention discloses a classification detection system based on railway equipment TFDS, which comprises a TFDS system accessed to a communication network, a sensor, a high-speed camera, a radio frequency tag, an AEI workstation and a detection management module, and is characterized in that the detection management module is arranged in the TFDS system and comprises a detection rule program; and the detection management module sends and receives vehicle information through a communication network. The invention further discloses a classification detection method based on the railway equipment TFDS. The TFDS system is utilized, detection is performed through the detection management module, vehicle information transmission serves as a detection element through the communication network, comprehensive detection and key detection can be distinguished, meanwhile, the vehicle information is obtained through the sensor, the high-speed camera and the radio frequency tag, accurate detection is achieved, and the detection efficiency is improved while the detection quality is guaranteed. The detection operation efficiency is improved, and the labor cost and the labor intensity are reduced.

    本发明公开了一种基于铁路装备TFDS的分类检测系统,包括接入通信网络的TFDS系统,传感器,高速摄像机,射频标签,AEI工作站和检测管理模块,检测管理模块设置于TFDS系统,检测管理模块内包括有检测规则程序,且检测管理模块通过通信网络发送和接收车辆信息。还包括一种基于铁路装备TFDS的分类检测方法。本发明利用TFDS系统,通过检测管理模块进行检测,并且通过通信网络将车辆信息传输作为检测的要素,可以实现全面检测和重点检测的区分,同时利用传感器、高速摄像机和射频标签获取车辆信息,实现准确的检测,在保证检测质量的同时,提高了检测作业效率,降低用人成本和劳动强度。
