The invention relates to a target vehicle determination method and device and an intelligent driving vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring initial vehicle boundary data, initial lane line boundary data and corresponding environment information of a vehicle, and then determining boundary correction based on the environment information, and determining corrected vehicle boundary data and corrected lane line boundary data based on the boundary correction amount, the initial vehicle boundary data and the initial lane line boundary data, and finally determining a target vehicle of the own vehicle based on the corrected vehicle boundary data and the corrected lane line boundary data. By adopting the method, the distribution condition of the vehicles around the own vehicle can be accurately mastered, so that the target vehicle around the own vehicle can be accurately selected in time in a complex driving environment, and the safety of the own vehicle in the driving process is improved.
