The invention provides a current sensor and a power battery electric quantity estimation method, the current sensor comprises a diverter, an acquisition piece, a storage calculation unit and a communication unit, the two ends of the diverter are respectively provided with a mounting hole, the diverter is connected in series in a high-voltage main loop of a battery pack through the two mounting holes, and the acquisition piece is connected with the storage calculation unit. Two acquisition points are oppositely arranged on the diverter, and the two acquisition points are located between the two mounting holes; two connecting holes are formed in the collecting piece, and the two connecting holes are connected with the two collecting points in a one-to-one correspondence manner; the storage and calculation unit calculates a bus current value by using the voltage difference between the two acquisition points acquired by the acquisition piece and a set resistance value, and stores the bus current value; the communication unit is used for transmitting the bus current value information to a battery management system of a vehicle through a CAN bus. According to the method, the calculated bus current value is relatively accurate, so that the battery power estimated by the battery management system is relatively accurate.

    本发明提供了一种电流传感器及动力电池电量估算方法,其中电流传感器包括分流器、采集件、存储计算单元和通讯单元,所述分流器的两端分别设置有一个安装孔,分流器通过两个安装孔串联在电池包的高压主回路中,分流器上相对设置有两个采集点,两所述采集点位于两所述安装孔之间;所述采集件上设置有两个连接孔,两所述连接孔与两所述采集点一一对应相连;所述存储计算单元利用所述采集件采集到的两所述采集点之间的电压差与设定的电阻值,计算得出母线电流值,并进行存储;所述通讯单元用于将所述母线电流值信息通过CAN总线传输给车辆的电池管理系统。本发明计算得出的母线电流值较为准确,从而使得电池管理系统估算出的电池电量较为准确。
