According to the intelligent charging system and method, charging cabinets distributed in a power-free environment are arranged, energy storage power sources are arranged in the charging cabinets to provide charging electric energy for electric vehicles, and control devices are arranged on the charging cabinets to control the energy storage power sources; a communication device is arranged on a charging cabinet to upload state information of the charging cabinet and working data of an energy storage power supply to a background server, background data are downloaded from the background server, and a monitoring device is arranged on the charging cabinet to monitor working states of the charging cabinet and the energy storage power supply. When the monitoring device monitors that the energy storage power supply and/or the charging cabinet are/is abnormal, the communication device sends a warning signal to the background server; a mobile charging cabinet is set as temporary charging equipment in a power-free environment so as to ensure the continuous mileage of an electric vehicle, a monitoring device is used for monitoring the working states of the charging cabinet and an energy storage power supply in real time, and a warning signal is sent to a background server in case of abnormality so as to ensure the availability rate and the effective utilization rate of the charging cabinet.

    本申请公开了一种智能充电系统及充电方法,通过设置分布于无电力环境中的充电柜,在充电柜内设置储能电源给电动车提供充电电能,在充电柜上设置控制装置控制储能电源,通过在充电柜上设置通讯装置将充电柜的状态信息和储能电源的工作数据上传至后台服务器,且从后台服务器下载后台数据,另外通过在充电柜上设置监测装置监测充电柜和储能电源的工作状态,当监测装置监测到储能电源和/或充电柜异常时,通讯装置向后台服务器发送警示信号;即设置移动的充电柜为无电力环境临时的充电设备,以保证电动车的续行里程,并且利用监测装置实时监测充电柜和储能电源的工作状态,在异常时向后台服务器发送警示信号以保证充电柜的可用率和有效利用率。
