The invention relates to the technical field of image splicing equipment, in particular to a vehicle foresight blind-area-free large-view-field low-illumination image splicing device and method. The vehicle foresight blind-area-free large-view-field image splicing device comprises a shell, a power module, a low-illumination detection module I, a low-illumination detection module II, a low-illumination detection module III, an image processing module and a display module. The method comprises the steps that the low-illumination detection module I, the low-illumination detection module II and the low-illumination detection module III are installed on the shell, the image processing module collects three paths of low-illumination images in real time, image splicing is carried out, and the multi-path large-view-field image splicing function is achieved. Therefore, the device and the method have the characteristics of all weather, no blind area, real-time monitoring and low cost.
