The invention provides a method and a system for monitoring and controlling the number of coal transport vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring and automatically identifying first vehicle information of the coal transport vehicles at a weighing position; monitoring the vehicle driving number in each vehicle driving area in the coal plant, and obtaining all allowed driving routes of the corresponding coal transport vehicles based on the vehicle monitoring platform; performing weighted analysis on each allowed driving route, generating a first priority corresponding to the allowed driving route, and determining a first road section and a second priority based on the transfer relation; the optimal driving route of the corresponding coal transport vehicle is determined, the coal transport vehicle is navigated to the target loading area, the loading task is completed, and the working efficiency is improved.

    本发明提供了一种运煤车辆数量监测控制方法及系统,包括:监测并自动识别过磅处的运煤车辆的第一车辆信息;监测煤厂中各车辆行驶区域中的车辆行驶数量,基于车辆监测平台,获取对应运煤车辆的所有允许行驶路线;对每条允许行驶路线加权分析,生成对应允许行驶路线的第一优先度,确定第一路段以及基于转移关系的第二优先度;确定对应运煤车辆的最佳行驶路线,将运煤车辆导航至目标装载区域,完成装载任务,提高了工作效率。
