The invention discloses an ocean platform lifting gravity energy storage and cyclic utilization device which comprises a polygonal truss, a plurality of lifting piles are arranged on the truss and fixedly connected with the truss, plug pin holes are formed in the lifting piles, lifting racks are arranged on the side edges of the lifting piles and connected with a power system, and the power system is connected with the lifting piles. An energy storage hydraulic cylinder is arranged on the side, away from the truss, of the lifting pile and connected with a bolt hydraulic cylinder, and the bolt hydraulic cylinder and the energy storage hydraulic cylinder are both connected with an energy storage control system. The pile leg lifting system has the advantage that a gravity energy storage and cyclic utilization device is arranged in each pile leg lifting system. Gravitational potential energy in the descending process of the ocean platform is absorbed by an energy storage hydraulic cylinder arranged in the energy storage device and converted into pressure energy of the energy storage hydraulic cylinder. In the lifting process of the ocean platform, pressure energy stored in the energy storage hydraulic cylinder is converted into clean energy capable of being used by the ocean platform lifting device through cooperation between the energy storage hydraulic cylinder and the plug pin hydraulic cylinder, and energy waste is reduced.
