The invention discloses a telescopic beam, a lifting appliance and a movable supporting assembly. The telescopic beam comprises a main beam; the first beam is sleeved with the main beam, and a first limiting part and a second limiting part are arranged on the outer side face of the tail of the first beam; the second beam is arranged in the main beam in a sleeved mode and can be arranged between the first beam and the main beam in a sleeved mode, and a third limiting part is arranged on the inner side face of the tail of the second beam; the movable supporting mechanism comprises a frame body located between the first beam and the main beam and a hook hinged to the frame body, and the frame body can slide in the axial direction of the first beam; when the first beam is sleeved in the second beam, the hooks are axially clamped with the third limiting parts; when the first beam and the second beam are in butt joint and then stretch out towards the outer sides of the two ends of the main beam, the first limiting part pushes the hook to rotate around the hinge shaft so that the hook can be disengaged from the third limiting part, and the second limiting part is in axial clamping connection with the frame body. Good support can be provided for the large and small beams in the telescopic beam through the movable supporting mechanism, and the bottom of the small beam can be prevented from sinking inwards and deforming.

    本发明公开了一种伸缩梁、吊具和移动支撑组件。该伸缩梁包括:主梁;第一梁,套设在主梁内,第一梁的尾部外侧面设置有第一限位部和第二限位部;第二梁,套设在主梁内,且能够套设在第一梁和主梁之间,第二梁的尾部内侧面设置有第三限位部;移动支撑机构,包括位于第一梁和主梁之间的架体,以及与架体铰接的挂钩,架体可沿第一梁轴向滑动;第一梁套设在第二梁内时,挂钩均与第三限位部轴向卡接;第一梁和第二梁对接后并分别向主梁的两端外侧伸出时,第一限位部推动挂钩绕铰接轴转动以令挂钩与第三限位部脱离,并且,第二限位部与架体轴向卡接。本发明通过移动支撑机构能够为伸缩梁内的大小梁提供良好支撑,且有利于避免小梁底部内陷变形。
