The invention relates to the technical field of unmanned aerial vehicle launching, and discloses a pneumatic speed reduction pipe launching unmanned aerial vehicle adapter which comprises an unmanned aerial vehicle push rod, a cable adapter pipe, a pneumatic speed reduction assembly, an adapter piston and a cable hole spring cover assembly. The end face of one side of the adapter piston is provided with an unmanned aerial vehicle push rod, a cable hole communicating with the inner cavity and a cable adapter pipe arranged in a matched mode, and the end face of the other side of the adapter piston is open and forms an inner cavity. A pneumatic speed reduction assembly is movably arranged on the surface of the adapter piston and used for being separated from the unmanned aerial vehicle adapter after the unmanned aerial vehicle is launched; a cable hole spring cover assembly is further arranged on the end face of the adapter piston and located on one side of the cable hole, and the cable hole spring cover assembly is used for sealing the cable hole when the cable adapter pipe is disengaged. The tube-launched unmanned aerial vehicle can be rapidly and reliably separated from the adapter after launching the launching tube, it is guaranteed that a rear propeller of the unmanned aerial vehicle can be rapidly and safely started, and the function that the unmanned aerial vehicle is successfully launched after being launched is achieved.
