The invention discloses a skin adopting a multi-bionic anti-impact composite structure. An outer anti-impact layer and an inner anti-impact layer of the skin are both formed by combining a carbon fiber reinforced epoxy resin composite material woven laminated layer and a plurality of bone-imitating structure layers; the imitated bone structure layer comprises a one-way glass fiber waved plate, a one-way glass fiber supporting plate and a plurality of imitated bone units; each imitation bone unit comprises a carbon fiber tube, a filling carbon tube and epoxy resin; the carbon fiber tube is designed by imitating a bone structure and a feather shaft section, and the carbon fiber tube is filled with carbon tubes in gradient density distribution; the middle energy absorption layer imitates the antler bone structure and is provided with a plurality of through hole sets distributed in a concentric circle mode, the radiuses of through holes of the through hole sets are gradually reduced from inside to outside, the middle energy absorption layer imitates the cuttlebone structure, and the through holes are divided into independent small spaces through partition plates. Various bionic composite materials are adopted, so that the skin structure has higher damage resistance, energy absorption capacity and energy dispersion capacity when facing impact brought by a severe environment, and has higher portability.

    本发明公开了一种采用多重仿生抗冲击复合结构的蒙皮,其外抗冲击层和内抗冲击层均由碳纤维增强环氧树脂复合材料编织层合层和多个仿骨结构层组合而成;仿骨结构层包括单向玻璃纤维波浪板、单向玻璃纤维支撑板和多个仿骨单元;仿骨单元包括碳纤维管、填充碳管和环氧树脂;碳纤维管仿照骨结构和羽毛轴截面设计,碳纤维管内填充碳管呈梯度密度分布;中间吸能层仿照鹿角骨结构开设有呈同心圆分布的多个通孔组,由内至外,各通孔组的通孔半径逐渐变小,并仿照墨鱼骨结构,采用隔板将通孔分割成单独的小空间。本发明采用多种仿生复合材料,使得蒙皮结构在面对恶劣环境带来的冲击时拥有更高的抗破坏、吸收能量和分散能量的能力,且拥有较高的轻便性。
