The invention provides a vehicle braking method and device based on driver state detection, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining driver data and the current driving speed of a vehicle, and recognizing the driver state according to the driver data, the driver state comprises a conventional state and an unconventional state, and the unconventional state comprises a fatigue state and a disease state; judging whether the driver state is a normal state or not; if the driver state is an unconventional state, whether the current driving speed is larger than a vehicle speed threshold value or not is judged; and if the current driving speed is larger than the vehicle speed threshold value, danger early warning is triggered, and an emergency braking instruction is output to brake the vehicle. The data acquisition module, the data processing module, the vehicle body control module and the early warning module are respectively used for acquiring and processing the driver data and the vehicle data, and judging the processed data so as to carry out early warning and vehicle body control according to the judgment result; the state of the driver is automatically detected, the vehicle is controlled according to the detection result, and the occurrence rate of traffic accidents is reduced.

    本发明提供一种基于驾驶员状态检测的车辆制动方法及装置,方法包括获取驾驶员数据及车辆当前行驶速度,并根据驾驶员数据识别驾驶员状态,驾驶员状态包括常规状态及非常规状态,非常规状态包括疲劳状态及疾病状态;判断驾驶员状态是否为常规状态;若驾驶员状态为非常规状态,判断当前行驶速度是否大于车速阈值;若当前行驶速度大于车速阈值,则触发危险预警并输出紧急制动指令以制动车辆。本申请通过建立数据采集模块、数据处理模块、车身控制模块以及预警模块分别用于获取、处理驾驶员数据以及车辆数据,并对处理后的数据进行判断以根据判断结果进行预警及车身控制,实现对驾驶员状态的自动检测并根据检测结果控制车辆,降低了车祸的发生率。
