The invention relates to an electric vehicle cluster hierarchical disperse optimal charging method, which performs limited information interaction with each electric vehicle through a cluster agent, so that the charging power of the electric vehicles in a cluster can realize optimal tracking of an ideal curve, and the divergence problem caused by lack of global information in disperse optimization is avoided. And meanwhile, the cluster agent does not need to obtain specific constraint forms and related data information of the electric vehicles, so that the data storage and processing difficulty of the cluster agent can be reduced. According to the hierarchical decentralized optimization method provided by the invention, the convergence solution of the method is the optimal solution, the calculation speed for large-scale problems is high, and the problems in centralized optimization can be solved.
