The invention relates to the field of artificial intelligence technology and sea surface automatic search, in particular to an unmanned ship automatic target detection method and system based on computer vision, and the method comprises the steps: S1, collecting image data within a range of one kilometer around an unmanned ship through a photoelectric system low-light camera and a telephoto lens, carrying out image denoising and image enhancement preprocessing operation according to the weather condition and the imaging quality; s2, a servo motion module on the unmanned ship drives a photoelectric imaging system to perform panoramic 360-degree rotation scanning or automatic sector scanning in a fixed angle range; s3, in the rotation process of the photoelectric imaging system, detecting a specific target in each frame of image by using a YOLO-v4 target detection algorithm based on deep learning, detecting and identifying objects including ships, channel buoys and pier reefs, and determining the type and position of the target; therefore, positioning and distance measurement of all targets around the unmanned ship are realized.

    本发明涉及人工智能技术和海面自动化搜索领域,特别涉及一种基于计算机视觉的无人船自动探测目标方法及系统,步骤S1:使用光电系统微光相机和长焦镜头采集无人船周围一公里范围内的图像数据,根据天气情况和成像质量的好坏进行图像去噪和图像增强预处理操作;步骤S2:无人船上伺服运动模块带动光电成像系统进行周视360度转动扫描或者固定角度范围的自动扇扫;步骤S3:光电成像系统转动过程中,使用基于深度学习的YOLO‑v4目标检测算法对每一帧图像中的特定目标进行检测,包括舰船、航道浮标、桥墩礁石种类的物体进行检测和识别,确定目标的种类和位置;以实现对无人船周围所有目标的定位和测距。
