The invention discloses a train bearing temperature monitoring method and system based on pseudo data rejection. The train bearing temperature monitoring system comprises a data acquisition terminal and a remote monitoring unit. The acquisition terminal is used for acquiring and sending temperature data of a train bearing; and the remote monitoring unit is used for analyzing and processing the temperature data to obtain an analyzed result, and performing early warning processing or alarm processing according to the analyzed result. According to the method, the bearing temperature data in a certain continuous time period are judged and analyzed, abnormal temperature data information is eliminated or recognized, and early warning or alarming is performed on the bearing temperature by using the temperature data, so that the influence of the abnormal temperature data on a monitoring result is eliminated, the reliability and the accuracy of bearing temperature monitoring are improved, and the working efficiency is improved. And the operation safety of the rail transit is ensured.

    本发明公开了一种基于伪数据剔除的列车轴承温度监测方法及系统,包括数据采集终端以及远程监控单元;所述采集终端用于采集并发送列车轴承的温度数据;所述远程监控单元用于对所述温度数据进行分析处理,得到分析后的结果,并根据分析后的结果进行预警处理或报警处理。本发明通过对某一连续时刻段内的轴承温度数据进行判断分析,剔除或识别出异常的温度数据信息,并利用温度数据对轴承温度进行预警或报警,消除了异常温度数据对监测结果的影响,提高了轴承温度监测的可靠性以及准确性,保证了轨道交通的运行安全。
