The invention discloses an upside-down mounting method for a large-height-difference stainless steel oil smoke exhaust air duct, which realizes the integral construction of reinforcing, hoisting and fixing of the air duct by adopting the modes of welding connection, outer angle steel reinforcement and upside-down construction, and can effectively improve the construction efficiency and quality. After being lifted by the height of one pipe joint in the vertical shaft through the lifting device on the upper portion, the second pipe joint is connected, then the pipe joint is lifted by the height of one pipe joint, and connection and installation are conducted in sequence, so that the air pipe is assembled at the fixed position of a low floor all the time, the installation construction difficulty is greatly reduced, and a large number of materials do not need to be transported to each floor; and the material carrying time and cost are saved, and the labor amount of workers is reduced.

    本发明公开一种大高差不锈钢排油烟风管倒装安装方法,通过采用焊接连接、外角钢加固、倒装施工的方式,实现风管加固吊装固定一体化施工,能够有效提升施工效率和质量;通过上部的提升装置沿竖井内提升,提升一个管节的高度后,连接第二节管节,再提升一个管节高度,依次连接安装,使风管的拼装始终在低楼层的固定位置,极大的降低了安装施工的难度,无需将大量材料运输至每个楼层,节约了材料搬运时间和成本,也降低了工人劳动量。
