The invention discloses a crane walking deviation rectifying method and device and a crane. The crane comprises electricity taking equipment, walking equipment and power supply equipment, the electricity taking equipment is connected with the walking equipment through a first connecting rod, and the electricity taking equipment is connected with the power supply equipment through a second connecting rod; the crane walking deviation rectifying method comprises the steps that the real-time included angle between the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod is obtained; according to the difference value between the real-time included angle and a preset included angle, the transverse offset of the walking equipment is obtained; when the transverse offset is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, the speed difference between a left side tire and a right side tire of the walking equipment is adjusted according to the transverse offset. According to the invention, the problem of transverse deviation of the crane when an automatic deviation correction/automatic walking system breaks down can be solved.
