The invention discloses a ground LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) leaked liquid collecting method for a fuel gas preparation room of a fuel gas system of a dual-fuel ship, which comprises the following steps of: firstly, dividing grids in an area in which a liquid collecting tray needs to be arranged, mounting battens along grid lines, laying a plurality of bottom plates in a batten frame, taking out the battens after the bottom plates are hardened, and connecting the plurality of bottom plates by using second connecting parts; and a glass reinforced thermosetting plastic sealing strip is adhered to the seam of the second connecting part. According to the scheme, a large amount of stainless steel welding operation is reduced, the problem of welding deformation is also avoided, and the effect of protecting the hull structure is also achieved. The adopted Mastic (resin material) is special low-temperature-resistant epoxy resin, can bear the low temperature of-163 DEG C, has enough hardness after being hardened, and is used as a floor dressing for people to pass through. Meanwhile, the influence of ship body deformation is considered, small-grid laying is adopted, deformation is absorbed through PUF (polyurethane) connecting seams, the practical engineering problem is perfectly solved, and the safety of the ship can be effectively protected.

    本发明公开了一种双燃料船燃气系统燃气准备间地面LNG漏液收集方法,先在需要设置集液盘的区域划分网格,沿着网格线安装木条,在木条框内敷设多个底板,等底板硬化后,取出木条,多个底板利用第二连接部进行连接,第二连接部的缝上贴上玻璃增强热固性塑料封条。本方案减少了大量的不锈钢焊接作业,也避免了焊接变形的问题,但同样起到保护船体结构的作用。此处采用的Mastic(树脂材料)是专用的耐低温的环氧树脂,能承受‑163℃的低温,而且硬化后具有足够的硬度,作为地板敷料供人员通行。同时考虑船体变形的影响,小网格式的敷设,利用PUF(聚氨酯)的连接缝来吸收变形,完美的解决实际工程问题,能够有效地保护船舶安全。
