The invention relates to a vehicle charging method and device, a vehicle and a medium. One of two power supplies, namely a first power supply and a second power supply, in a vehicle charging circuit serves as a discharging side, and the other power supply serves as a charging side; the control of the first multi-phase inverter and the second multi-phase inverter in one period is divided into n time periods, and the conduction state of at least one of a bridge arm of the first multi-phase inverter and a bridge arm of the second multi-phase inverter is controlled to be changed in each of the n control time periods in one period. According to the invention, charging is carried out by using the charging voltage or the charging current, a switching tube of the inverter is controlled for n times in a period, and the ripple fluctuation in the current obtained by the n-section control mode is smaller than the ripple fluctuation of the two-section current, so that the ripple in the current can be further reduced, the energy utilization efficiency of the discharging side is improved, and the energy utilization rate of the discharging side is improved. And the damage of electrical elements caused by larger ripples in the current on the circuit can also be prevented.
