The invention discloses a relay abnormal sound control structure, which comprises a relay, a bus, a high-voltage battery pack and an external load, and is characterized in that the relay, the high-voltage battery pack and the external load are correspondingly provided with connecting terminals; every two corresponding connecting terminals are connected through a bus, and the middle section of each bus is provided with a bending part; the two bending parts are used for reducing the bus area at the connecting terminal so as to reduce the abnormal sound pressure; and the shapes of the two bending parts are matched with the shapes of the corresponding relay, the high-voltage battery pack, a frame body of an external load and an actual mounting position. The relay is novel in design and reasonable in structure, through the design of the bending parts on the buses on the two sides of the relay, the vibration area of the buses at the connecting terminals is reduced, the abnormal sound of the relay is effectively controlled, meanwhile, compared with a sound absorbing material coating mode, the abnormal sound source is improved to a certain extent, the method is simple, and the cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了继电器异响控制结构,包括继电器、母线、高压电池组和外部负载,所述继电器与高压电池组及外部负载上均对应设有连接端子;两个相对应的连接端子之间均通过母线相连接,两个所述母线的中段均设有弯折部;两个所述弯折部用于减小连接端子处的母线面积以降低异响声压;两个所述弯折部的形状与对应的继电器、高压电池组与外部负载的框体及实际安装位置的形状相匹配。本发明设计新颖,结构合理,通过继电器两侧母线上弯折部的设计,减小了连接端子处母线的振动面积,针对继电器的异响进行有效的控制,同时相较于吸音材料包覆的方式,一定程度上从异响源头上进行改善,并且方法简单也降低了成本。
