    本发明涉及汽车前悬支架技术领域,尤其涉及一种轻量化汽车前悬置支架,包括支架主体,所述支架主体上设置有固定上盖,且支架主体与固定上盖通过压铆工艺固定连接,所述支架主体上固定有多个呈圆周阵列分布的加强筋,且多个加强筋相互交叉,在加强筋上开设有贯穿支架主体的圆形孔,所述固定上盖一侧设有与支架主体固定的支撑环体,且支撑环体用于安装支架主体提供支撑作用。本发明通过设置三条加强筋交叉的主结构,去除了过冗余设计,工艺难度低,降低了支架制造成本,减轻了整个汽车前悬置支架的重量,有利于提升前悬置支架铸造的稳定性,减小了前悬置支架的质量控制难度,避免了现有前悬置支架的主壳体加强筋结构复杂,凹槽空间较小的问题。
