Through optimization of energy-saving operation of the high-speed railway train considering optical storage access, regenerative braking energy and photovoltaic electric energy are utilized more effectively on the basis of energy-saving operation of the train, external electric energy supply is saved to the maximum extent, and the economic operation level of the system is improved.
