The invention discloses an elevator shaft monitoring system based on an external internet of things. The elevator shaft monitoring system comprises laser radars installed on the top face and the bottom face of a lift car; the laser radar is fixedly mounted at one end of a rotating shaft, and the other end of the rotating shaft is fixedly mounted at the output end of the driving motor; the two driving motors are fixedly mounted in the center of the top face and the center of the bottom face of the lift car correspondingly. Rotatable laser radars are installed on the upper portion and the lower portion of a lift car, data in an elevator shaft are collected through rotation of the laser radars, and an Internet of Things database is established; and through data comparison between the laser radar and the Internet of Things database, monitoring work of the well wall in the elevator running process is completed.
本发明公开基于外接物联网的电梯井道监测系统,包括:安装于轿厢顶面及底面的激光雷达;所述激光雷达固定安装于旋转轴的一端,所述旋转轴的另一端固定安装于所述驱动电机的输出端;所述驱动电机设置有两个且分别固定安装于所述轿厢顶面中心及底面中心。本发明通过在轿厢上下安装可转动的激光雷达通过激光雷达的转动对电梯井道内进行数据采集,并建立物联网数据库;通过激光雷达与物联网数据库之间的数据对比,完成电梯运行过程中井道壁的监控工作。
