Comprising the following steps: a control center obtains information required by whole vehicle operation, including vehicle information, route information, cargo information and driver information; the goods information comprises fragile grades and goods weights, screening drivers and routes according to the goods fragile grades to obtain established drivers and established routes, sending speed limit information according to the established routes, and screening established vehicles according to the goods weights; sending set route information and speed limit information to a set driver, wherein the speed limit information is comprehensively generated according to the cargo information, the set route information and the set vehicle information; and the driver feeds back information, and sends feedback information to the control center in the process of driving the vehicle according to the set route information and the speed limit information to calibrate the speed limit information of the road section. According to the method, unified intelligent management can be carried out on the basis of big data according to multi-aspect data analysis, and the operation efficiency and safety are greatly improved.
