The invention relates to a safe turnover control method for an antenna frame, which is characterized in that a workshop crane is used as turnover equipment, and the turnover angle of the antenna frame at each stage is controlled through a tilt angle sensor, so that the cable-stayed angle of a lifting rope of the crane is indirectly controlled to ensure that the whole turnover process of the antenna frame is safe and reliable. By means of the method, the safety problem possibly occurring in an existing crane overturning method can be solved, and potential safety hazards in the overturning process of the crane overturning method are eliminated.
