The invention belongs to the technical field of spacesuit production, particularly relates to a processing technology of a spacesuit capable of monitoring fatigue in real time and eliminating fatigue, and provides the following scheme aiming at the problem that an astronaut easily feels fatigue in the working process: the spacesuit comprises a spacesuit body, the spacesuit comprises a spacesuit helmet, a spacesuit body, spacesuit gloves and spacesuit boots; the space suit helmet comprises a face monitoring unit, an air cooling unit and an intelligent voice unit, and the face monitoring unit is connected with the air cooling unit and the intelligent voice unit; the space suit body comprises an underwear comfortable layer, a heating layer, a heat preservation layer, a ventilation layer, a water cooling layer, an airtight limiting layer, a heat insulation layer and an outer cover protection layer. Second heating pieces are arranged at the bottoms of the spacesuit boots. And the face monitoring unit is used for monitoring the facial expression of the astronaut in real time. The astronaut can keep the head of the astronaut sober, and the fatigue feeling is relieved.
