The invention discloses a process for improving the bonding strength of front edge clad iron. The process comprises the following steps: spraying primer on the inner surface of the front edge clad iron; the front edge clad iron is adhered to the front edge part of the helicopter tail rotor blade; a layer of adhesive film is pasted on the basis of the primer, a part of the adhesive film is cut off at the end position, close to the root of the tail rotor blade, of the front edge coated iron, and the corresponding area where the adhesive film is cut off is a ground iron sheet tin plating area; an adhesive film with a certain width is reserved on the peripheral side of the tinning area of the grounding sheet; the tin plating area of the grounding piece is coated with conductive adhesive, the conductive adhesive makes contact with the primer, and the grounding piece is adaptively and fixedly bonded to the conductive adhesive; after the tail rotor blade is machined to be in a bushing boring state, the resistance value between the tip of the front edge clad iron and the front edge bushing is measured, the resistance value needs to meet the requirement that R is smaller than or equal to 1 omega, if the resistance value requirement is not met, a gap in the contact area between the grounding piece and the rotor root bushing is filled and repaired with epoxy conductive adhesive, the resistance value is measured again, and the problem of glue failure of the front edge clad iron is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种提高前缘包铁胶接强度的工艺,其先在前缘包铁内表面喷涂底胶;前缘包铁粘接在直升机尾桨叶的前缘部位;在底胶的基础上粘贴一层胶膜,胶膜在前缘包铁接近尾桨叶根部的端头位置处裁掉部分胶膜,且对应胶膜裁掉的区域为搭铁片镀锡区;在搭铁片镀锡区的外周侧预留一定宽度的胶膜;在搭铁片镀锡区涂抹导电胶,导电胶与底胶接触,将搭铁片适应固定粘接在导电胶上;将尾桨叶加工至衬套镗孔状态后,测量前缘包铁尖部到前缘衬套之间的电阻值,电阻值需满足R≤1Ω,若不满足电阻值要求,采用环氧导电胶对搭铁片与桨根衬套之间的接触区域的缝隙进行填充修理,重新测量电阻值,避免前缘包铁开胶问题。
