The invention provides a hybrid electric vehicle torque distribution and gear selection method and system and a commercial vehicle, and relates to the technical field of hybrid electric commercial vehicles. According to the information of the long-distance road in front of the vehicle, long-range planning is conducted on the hybrid electric vehicle, and a power battery is kept within a preset interval; according to the long-range planning of the power battery and the road information of the front preset distance, the vehicle driving speed is estimated, and the expected motor participation degree is solved through a fuzzy rule; a preset gear is selected, and predictive gear shifting and advanced gear shifting are conducted; and according to the SoC long and short range planning and the current gear of the gearbox, the torque distribution result of the equivalent oil consumption minimization strategy is corrected, and a final torque distribution method is obtained and output. According to the invention, energy waste caused by overcharge or insufficient recovery of the battery due to too high SoC of the power battery in the long downhill energy recovery process of the vehicle is avoided.

    本发明提供一种混合动力车扭矩分配与挡位选择方法、系统及商用车,涉及混合动力商用车技术领域,利用离线驾驶辅助地图获取车辆当前位置与前方道路信息;根据车辆前方长距离道路信息进行混合动力汽车进行长程规划,使动力电池维持在预设的区间内;根据动力电池长程规划和前方预设距离的道路信息,预估车辆行驶速度并利用模糊规则求解电机期望参与度;选择预设挡位,进行预测性换挡和提前换挡;根据SoC长、短程规划和变速箱当前挡位,对等效油耗最小化策略的扭矩分配结果进行修正,得到最终的扭矩分配方法,并进行输出。本发明避免车辆在长下坡能量回收过程中因为动力电池SoC过高导致电池过充或者不能充分回收导致能量浪费。
