According to the whole vehicle high-voltage interlocking system and the vehicle, a high-voltage connector and second resistors are connected in parallel and then connected in series to form a high-voltage interlocking loop chain, the resistance values of the second resistors are at least partially different from each other, and the high-voltage interlocking loop chain is connected with a first resistor of an internal loop of a low-voltage interlocking interface of a whole vehicle controller in series. When the whole vehicle is started, the high-voltage interlocking loop chain, the first resistor and the direct-current power supply are connected in series, and the interlocking state of each high-voltage interlocking connector can be obtained by comparing the voltage at the two ends of the first resistor with a mapping table of threshold values in a whole vehicle controller. And at least the position of the high-voltage interlocking connector corresponding to the second resistors of which the resistance values are different from each other can be accurately positioned, so that convenience is provided for accurate positioning of the high-voltage connector in an abnormal interlocking state, the state monitoring capability of the whole vehicle is improved, the maintenance workload of the system is reduced, and the production efficiency is improved.
