The invention discloses an LNG (Liquefied Natural Gas) ship liquid cargo tank bilge section CM node control method which comprises the following steps: step 1, in a small assembly area, hoisting an inner floor to a jig frame, and temporarily fixing the inner floor and the jig frame; step 2, taking a plate edge close to one side of the broadside as a reference, measuring 190 mm towards one side of the middle of the ship, and drawing an upper inspection line on the upper surface of the inner bottom plate according to the interval; 3, drawing a lower inspection line on the lower surface of the inner bottom plate by adopting a right-angle marking tool and taking the upper inspection line as a standard; step 4, assembling and electric welding; 5, in the large assemblage area, the large assemblage is formed through segmented folding; and sixthly, large-assembly segmented welding is completed. According to the assembly process of bilge section construction, different precision tests are adopted for related structures participating in CM nodes, structural errors are found and corrected in time, and the situation that due to the fact that the structural errors are accumulated to the final stage, the assembly precision at the bilge section CM nodes is not up to the standard, and a large amount of manual reworking treatment is consumed is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种LNG船液货舱舭部分段CM节点控制方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一、在小组立区域,吊装内地板至胎架上,内底板与胎架临时固定;步骤二、以靠近舷侧一边的板边为基准,向船中一侧的方向量取190mm,以此间距在内底板的上表面画出上检验线;步骤三、采用直角划线工装,以上检验线为标准,在内底板的下表面画出下检验线;步骤四、小组立电焊;步骤五、在大组立区域,分段合拢形成大组立;步骤六、大组立分段焊接完成。本发明根据舭部分段建造的组立流程,分别对参与CM节点的相关结构采取不同的精度检验,及时发现、修正结构误差,避免各结构误差累计到最终阶段,导致舭部分段CM节点处装配精度不达标,花费大量人工返工处理。
