The invention relates to a lithium battery active equalization system and method based on double-layer topology, which are applied to at least two battery packs, each battery pack comprises two battery monomers, the equalization system comprises at least two bottom equalization circuits and a top equalization circuit, the at least two bottom equalization circuits are connected with the at least two battery packs in a one-to-one correspondence manner, and the top equalization circuit is connected with the at least two battery packs in a one-to-one correspondence manner. The bottom layer equalization circuit is used for realizing equalization of two single batteries in the battery pack; the top-layer equalization circuit is connected with the at least two bottom-layer equalization circuits, and the top-layer equalization circuit is used for realizing inter-group equalization of the at least two battery packs. According to the invention, rapid and efficient equalization in the battery packs and rapid and efficient equalization between any battery packs are realized based on a double-layer topological structure, and the equalization rate when the inconsistency of the battery packs is relatively low is improved; and a first-inter-group and second-intra-group equalization control method is used, so that repeated equalization is avoided, the equalization speed is improved, and the equalization speed, the equalization efficiency and the consistency after equalization are all superior to those of a traditional equalization mode.

    本发明涉及一种基于双层拓扑的锂电池主动均衡系统及方法,应用于至少两个电池组,每一电池组包括两个电池单体,均衡系统包括至少两个底层均衡电路和顶层均衡电路,至少两个底层均衡电路与至少两个电池组一一对应连接,底层均衡电路用于实现电池组内两个电池单体均衡;顶层均衡电路与至少两个底层均衡电路均连接,顶层均衡电路用于实现至少两个电池组的组间均衡。本发明基于双层拓扑结构实现了电池组内快速高效均衡,任意电池组间快速高效均衡,提高了电池组不一致性较低时的均衡速率;并且使用一种先组间后组内的均衡控制方法,避免了反复多次均衡,提高均衡速度,在均衡速度、均衡效率和均衡后一致性方面均优于传统均衡方式。
